Kate launched People Station in January 2023, drawing from her experience in HR with a leading network provider that was later acquired by a major telecommunications company in 2022. This award-winning company was renowned for its outstanding workplace culture. Recognising an opportunity to revolutionise traditional HR practices, Kate embarked on a mission to present a fresh approach to ambitious CEOs.
